Hello. It's the June holidays finally !!! Weeeeew im in a love-hate relationship with june holidays. HAHA i love it cos i get to wake up late everyday and get a lil more time to do the things that i didn't have the chance to before the holidays. And i hate it because it means that there are loads of holiday assignments and revisions to be done. Boohooooo :( HAHA till today, i've only completed around 1/6 of my assignments. Oh well. Yay finally a getaway from singapore from 20 -23 june to malaysia ! Huat ah, my cousin who went to london to study will also be having her vacation and she'll join us ! Omg can't wait :D

Hehehe i have been trying to stay healthy these couple of weeks cos i have been gaining a lot of weight recently. And i think it's showing some results cos my mum suddenly asked " Eh, it seems like you've lost weight. You got exercise ah ? " MUAHAHA Woohooo i felt so so so happy when mum said that :D
So i promised myself to stay healthy by :
  1. Jogging
  2. Eating more fruits
  3. Avoid eating after 7 / supper
  4. Drink more water
  5. Doing some simple workouts at home
  6. Avoid drinking sweet drinks
  7. Avoid eating fast food ( Even though i still do, but it has lessened )
So yeah i've been trying to do all those. Also will be going to malaysia for four days so i'm sure i would gain a lot of weight after that..... Aigooooo :(
  • I've went for jogging with my sis twice already and it feels soooo good to perspire ya know.
  • Recently, when i go on grocery shopping with my family and when i pass by the fruits section, i would take some of my favourite fruits like grapes, strawberries, bananas and eat them everyday. Yay :)
  • So now i've been avoiding supper or eating after 7 since my dinner is around 5.30pm. Lol i know it's early..... The " avoid eating after 7 " thing was what my sis told me. She read that if you eat after 7/ after dinner, you might put on extra weight.
  • Yeah i filled my water bottle to the brim and put it on my desk everyday so that i would drink. Lol it's also because i'm lazy HAHA. Whenever im thirsty and want to get water from the kitchen, i would think that getting to the kitchen would be a chore. So yeah, i would immediately give up on drinking water. HAHA lazybum is me.
  • Yeah workout. " I'd rather be sore now than sorry later. "
